    You can book directly through our website, via WhatsApp, or by calling us. A deposit secures your spot, and full payment is due before departure.

    Yes! All our trips can be personalized based on your group size, budget, and preferred activities.

    We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and major debit/credit cards. Payment details are shared once you confirm your booking.

    Most of our packages include, Tour Van/Buses/Land Cruiser and SGR train travel. However, flights can be arranged at an additional cost upon request.

    We have a clear cancellation policy. Deposits are non-refundable, but we allow rescheduling or credit transfers depending on notice given.

    Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended, especially for safaris and adventure trips. We can help you arrange it if needed.
