How do I book a trip?
You can book directly through our website, via WhatsApp (+254 74715 3240) or by calling us. WhatsApp is the fastest way to get a response and confirm your booking.
Can I customise my itinerary?
Absolutely. All our packages can be tailored to your group size, budget, travel dates and specific interests. Contact us and we'll build a custom itinerary for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa (Till number), bank transfers, Visa/Mastercard via Pesapal, and cash. Lipa Mdogo Mdogo (instalment payments) is also available: pay a deposit to secure your spot and clear the balance before departure.
Are flights included in your packages?
Road transfers are included in all packages. Flying upgrades (Wilson Airport to Mara, Amboseli or Nanyuki airstrips) are available as optional add-ons. Some premium packages include flights by default. Check individual trip pages.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees depend on your trip and notice period: see our Cancellation & Refund Policy (safaris, day trips, tours and accommodation) or Hikes Cancellation Policy (day hikes, overnight trips and expeditions) for the exact tiers.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all Safarizuru trips. It is not included in our packages. We recommend comprehensive cover including medical evacuation, trip cancellation and personal liability.
