4:30 AM, Meet at International House Parking, City Hall Way, Nairobi. Boarding and check-in begins. 5:00 AM, Departure from Nairobi. 8:15 AM, Arrival at Kamweti Forest Gate. Briefing, warm-up, and registration. 8:45 AM, Hike begins through lush Castle Forest trail toward Kamweti Falls. 3:00 PM, Mandatory turn-back to ensure safe return before dusk. 5:30 PM (estimated), Departure from Castle Forest for Nairobi.
