Beginning near Sasumua Dam, our 18km trail winds through the southern Aberdare Forest, enveloping you in cool, misty air and dense woodland as you trek along gentle forest paths. The highlight of the hike is the spectacular Ragia Waterfalls, a serene, refreshing spot perfect for relaxing, taking photos, or simply soaking in the beauty of nature. After enjoying the falls, we ascend back along the forest trail, completing a rewarding loop that balances gentle walking with a brief, exhilarating descent.

5:15 AM, Meet at International House Parking, City Hall Way, Nairobi (boarding begins). 5:30 AM, Departure for Ragia Forest. 7:45 AM, Arrival at Ragia Forest. 8:15 AM, Hike begins through misty Aberdare forest trails. 1:30 PM, Mandatory turn-back and descent to ensure a safe return. 4:30 PM (estimated), Departure for Nairobi.
